Despite only having launched the Mazda CX-90 last year (as a replacement for the Mazda CX-9), Mazda has already updated the Mazda CX-90 lineup for the current model year by introducing a new trim and removing others. The Turbo S, Preferred Plus, and Premium trims were dropped, and the new Premium Sport model takes the place of the latter. Further, those Akron drivers who prefer second-row bench seating over captain’s chairs now have the former more widely available throughout the lineup, and a 12.3-inch infotainment display is now standard on all models except for entry-level Turbo Select.
